Indian Civil Service Examination
Union Public Service Commission UPSC has decided to introduce an aptitude test in the prelims of Civil Services Exams from 2011. This is at the expense of the assessment of optional subjects. As per the new decision, candidates should sit for two compulsory papers that will cover the subjects like Indian polity, governance and communication skills.
